Description:
Mana Kickboxing for everyone! We offer classes for all levels. We work on Kickboxing foundation, striking techniques, self defense, self confidence, fitness, balance, endurance, coordination & a full body cardio vascular workout. Aloha vibes are included! Karlin has a black belt in Karate, A brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and is a multiple time champ in Karate & Kickboxing & has over two decades in teaching Martial Arts. All levels are welcome! Ages 18+ $120/month or $25 drop in!
