Calgary Taekwondo Academy SEPTEMBER 2024 to June 2025

**Our registration is ongoing for Beginner, Advanced and Open classes. If the class of your choice is full, please place yourself on the waitling list. We will contact you once the class become available.
**We offer lessons from September 2024 to June 2025. We offer ongoing registration for new and continuing participants.

Forms of Payment: Payment can be made online by Visa, Mastercard. Please note that we do not currently accept in-person registrations.
- Note: There is a service fee to use Amilia the online payment system. We are unable accepting any in person payments at this time.
- If you are in need of financial assistance, we recommend applying for KidSport or Jumpstart funding. Notify us by email to let us know which program you are applying for.
Memberships: All participants are required to have a current membership on their account. If you are prompted to select a new membership, please choose the FALL2024, WINTER 2025, or SPRING2025 Membership at checkout.
Waitlist: If your desired class is full, please add yourself to the waitlist. We will send you an email when a spot is available.
Withdrawal Policy: Notification of withdrawal must be received via email to tkdcalgary@gmail.com on or before the 15th of the month prior to your next payment. Once notification is received, future payments will be cancelled. Please note that an administrative fee of $40 will be applied for all withdrawals and Amilia service fee that are charged by the online provider will not be refunded.
Full Payment Withdrawal Policy: If you pay for the entire SEPTEMBER 2024 to JUNE 2025 session at the time of registration, refunds will only be processed on or before the withdrawal deadline of 2 weeks prior to the start of the lessons. Please note that an administrative fee of $40 will be applied and Amilia service fee that are charged by the online provider will not be refunded.
Make Up Classes: If the participant is unable to attend their regular scheduled lesson, send us an email to let us know. Make up lessons are not available for these lessons.
Amilia service fees that are charged by our online provider at the time of registration will not be credited back on to your Amilia account.
Uniforms: All students are required to wear a Calgary Taekwondo Academy uniform and belt during the lesson. Uniforms are available for sale on our online store in the merchandise tab. All NEW STUDENTS must purchase a uniform before the first class begins, you will be prompted on check out to purchase the item. Black belt uniforms are available for sale for RED BELTS to BLACK BELT holders, please email us for more information.
Promotion Belt Test: Students who are ready to test for the next level will be notified during the lesson and by email. Each student must meet the minimal attendance requirements and technical requirements for testing which includes: Poomsae, Basics, One Step, Sparring, and Board Breaking. Belt testing is an extra fee not included in the cost of lessons.
