This structured class introduces toddlers to the very first steps in gymnastics. These classes promote body awareness, coordination, self-confidence, and achievement in a fun, safe and supportive environment. It’s a great way to get your little one interested in sport from an early age as they swing, hang, bounce and climb through the circuits at Can-Am. This class also introduces social skills such as listening, sharing, taking turns and developing friendships.

This is a hands on class for caregivers and active participation is required. One adult per child is allowed in the class.
