Description:

 

This class will give children the opportunity to develop balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility, as well as specific gymnastics skills in a supportive and challenging environment. This program is designed to foster confidence and fitness.

This class is recommended for athletes who have completed Burgundy & Red CanGym levels, but is open to everyone.
