Music lessons are offered in-person at our facilities, 5915 Leslie Street. Please choose an OPEN time slot that works for you and email us at info@cdmdance.com or call (416)-497-1793 to register. Registration can only be completed through an administrator.

When you register with payment, it reserves your spot in class for our 39 week season, including holidays. Our season includes 3 weeks holidays: 2 weeks for Winter Break and 1 week for Mid-Winter Break. Other holidays are observed as well. When you register, you're committing until the end of the current term. For the school-year season, you'll be automatically re-enrolled each term, and charges will be applied to your credit card on the first day of each installment term (September 16, December 9, 2024, March 24, 2025) unless you officially withdraw by emailing us. an official withdrawal is made 2 weeks prior to the end of the next term start date.

Membership Fee: An annual $25 Membership fee per student will be charged upon signing up for any class, semi-private, private, small group series, or other programs offered by CDM. The fee is per family and is valid from September 1, 2024, until August 31st, 2025. Why do we have a Membership Fee

Additional costs not included tuition: Piano/Instrumental books & lessons (RCM & other), Music Recital Tickets (Winter & Spring), any additional music related fees.

Cancellation Policy:  As the curriculum and school events are planned over a 10-month period, we encourage our families to consider a switch to another date and time before considering cancellation. All withdrawals must be submitted via email to info@cdmdance.com 2 weeks before the next instalment payment date. Repeated absences do not confirm that a student has withdrawn. Withdrawals after the start of an installment term are only eligible for tuition credit, less a $25 withdrawal fee. No refunds for withdrawals after the start of the season, credit only. No refunds for tuition paid in full, credit only. No refunds or credits with 4 or fewer classes remaining in the session. No refunds or credits will be issued after May 1st for the school-year season. Once posted on your account, CDM credits are not available for refund at a later date. There is no penalty for withdrawal before the season start date; tuition will be refunded in full only in this case.

Payment Options: You can pay in full or in monthly installments. Charges will be made automatically via Amilia to the payment method on file on the 1st of every month. Accounts that are more than two weeks overdue will incur a 2% penalty fee.
