Rejoignez Stefanie dans son cours de mouvement et de mobilité. Idéal pour corriger la posture et assouplir les articulations raides. 

Le cours se déroulera à l'extérieur. Le temps dépendra de la météo. Veillez à apporter de l'eau pour vous hydrater et de la crème solaire pour vous protéger. 

Le cours sera donné en anglais. L'instructeur est bilingue.
