Ce programme vise à améliorer la coordination, l'équilibre et les compétences cognitives par le biais d'une activité amusante et dynamique. Il s'agit d'un moyen stimulant de rester actif tout en profitant des avantages sociaux et physiques du jeu. Tout l'équipement est inclus. 

Iryna Shevchenko, championne et entraîneuse ukrainienne de tennis de table, a remporté de nombreux titres régionaux et a été championne d'Ukraine en double. Elle a obtenu une maîtrise en entraînement de tennis de table et en préparation physique à l'Université nationale des sports d'Ukraine (2005-2010) et possède des certifications en Europe et au Canada. Avec 14 ans d'expérience en tant qu'entraîneur, Iryna est connue pour sa passion pour le sport et sa capacité à communiquer avec les étudiants en anglais et en ukrainien. En 2016, elle est devenue championne de l'Ontario en simple féminin et poursuit maintenant sa carrière d'entraîneuse à Aylmer après avoir offert de l'entraînement privé à Toronto. Son dévouement à la promotion d'un mode de vie actif est une source d'inspiration pour beaucoup, et ses réalisations dans le domaine des sports continuent d'inciter les autres à poursuivre leurs rêves athlétiques.

Iryna parle l'anglais et l'ukrainien, et travaille son français.

It offers a stimulating way to stay active while enjoying the social and physical benefits of the game. All equipment is provided! 

Iryna Shevchenko, a Ukrainian table tennis champion and coach, has achieved numerous regional titles and was the Ukrainian Women's Doubles Champion. She earned a Master’s Degree in Table Tennis Coaching and Physical Training from the National University of Sports of Ukraine (2005-2010) and holds certifications in Europe and Canada. With 14 years of coaching experience, Iryna is known for her passion for the sport and ability to connect with students in both English and Ukrainian. In 2016, she became the Champion of Ontario in Women's Singles and now continues her coaching career in Aylmer after previously offering private coaching in Toronto. Her dedication to promoting an active lifestyle inspires many, and her accomplishments in the field of sports continue to inspire others to pursue their athletic dreams.

Iryna speaks English and Ukrainian, and is working on her French.
