Note : La sécurité est une base solide dans ce cours et il est important que les étudiants participants soient prêts à écouter activement les instructions tout au long du cours.

Remarque : Portez des vêtements confortables dans lesquels vous pouvez bouger, faire des culbutes et des flips. Les vêtements amples ne sont pas autorisés pour des raisons de sécurité.

Note: Safety is a strong foundation in this class and it is important that participating students are prepared to actively listen to instructions throughout the class.

Note: Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move, tumble and flip. Loose clothing is not allowed for safety reasons.
