Participation & Forms

Refunds & Cancellations

Programs (e.g., Cheer, Tumbling): Full refund up to 7 days before the first class. Within the first 2 weeks, pro-rated refund minus a $15 admin fee; after 2 weeks, credit only unless CAFS cancels the program.
Memberships (e.g., Jiu Jitsu): Billed monthly. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial-month refunds are not issued except for billing errors (report within 7 days).
Drop-ins: Non-refundable within 24 hours of the class.
If CAFS cancels a class or program, you may choose a credit or refund.

Discounts/Scholarships

Scholarship/discount codes (e.g., ACCESS100/50/25) are non-transferable, do not stack, and apply to each installment when applicable.

Payments & Installments

By enrolling, you authorize scheduled installment charges on the dates shown at checkout. Failed payments may pause participation until resolved.

Conduct & Safety

Participants are expected to follow facility rules and instructor guidance. CAFS may remove any participant for safety reasons (unused classes will be credited).
