These classes will focus on strengthening key muscle groups needed for the position of a flyer. There will be an emphasis on the safe implementation of deep stretching in order to improve flexibility of all leg positions and minimize risk of injury. The class will also focus on specific drills to aid the athletes in pulling and holding air positions while in a stunt.
There will also be a strength & conditioning component to improve body control, mind to muscle connection, spatial awareness and flyer performance.
These classes will ONLY be available to athletes that are currently in the position of a flyer on a team. If any athlete registers as a base they will be removed from the class and refunded in full.
An Advanced Flyer Class is also being offered to flyers 13 years of age or older, OR on a Level 3 team or higher.
