Focus on classical technique, strength, and flexibility while embracing creativity and self-expression. Musicality and fluidity of movement are taught with an emphasis on posture and alignment. This class is for dancers with 3 or more sessions of ballet experience.

Notes: Dress Code: • Please wear form-fitting athletic clothes that allow for full range of motion (e.g. leotard and tights, tank top and leggins). • Long hair should be worn off the face and neck (in a ponytail or bun, for example). • Ballet shoes are appropriate for this class.
