Description:

Experience the best of both worlds!  Alternate between the rhythmic introduction to tap and basic ballet skills combined with creative movement concepts, providing a dynamic dance experience. Use of props, imagery and age-appropriate music and themes encourage enjoyment of music and movement.

Required age: 4 - 5 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Dress Code: • Please wear form-fitting athletic clothes that allow for full range of motion (e.g. tank top and shorts/leggings, leotard and tights). • Long hair should be worn off the face and neck (in a ponytail or bun, for example). • Ballet skirts are appropriate, but please no costumes or distracting jewelry. • Ballet and tap shoes are required for this class. Dancers will need pink ballet shoes (girls), black ballet shoes (boys) and black tap shoes. Please reach out with questions. • For assistance or more information, please visit BPRDance.Org.
