Notes: Dress Code: • Please wear form-fitting athletic clothes that allow for full range of motion (e.g. tank top and shorts/leggings, leotard and tights). • Long hair should be worn off the face and neck (in a ponytail or bun, for example). • This class can be taken in dance shoes, such as ballet or jazz shoes, or with bare feet (be careful with socks because they tend to be slippery).
