Description:

Arthritis is joint inflammation by definition, and affects joints, surrounding joint tissue and other connective tissue creating postural imbalance and an increased risk for falls. A healthy, well-balanced diet and weight control is very important for arthritis pain management as is low-impact activity. This program will review weight loss tips, foods that increase and decrease inflammation, and the science of how low-impact activity can increase strength and flexibility, reduce joint pain, combat fatigue, and therefore reduce the risk of fall related injuries.
