Description:
An introduction to competitive swimming including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Continued stroke development and an introduction to swimming in a productive team environment are also developed. All swimmers must be able to independently swim the length of the pool using freestyle and backstroke on the first day of practice. Swimmers who are not yet at that skill level will be removed from the swim team and should take group swim lessons to build their skills.
Please note that there is no class on the following date(s):
- Monday, February 17, 2025 from 5:45 PM to 6:30 PM

Required age: 6 - 14 years old as of 4/10/2025
Notes: Session A is for beginner/intermediate swimmers. No Class on February 17th, 2025 Swim Meets: APEX February 23rd, time TBD VMAC March 22nd, time TBD
