Description:

There is nothing like roasting your own beautiful tomatillos to create your own Salsa Verde.  Salsa Verde is commonly used in Mexican and Central American Cuisine where it is usually a key ingredient for dishes like enchiladas, tacos and stews.  Add a burst of flavor by using your homemade salsa in any dish. You will be learning safe water bath canning techniques in this class.  All supplies included.
