Class will run from 5 pm - 9 pm on Friday and 8 am to 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday with a lunch break. 

Please bring come prepared to get in the water. Bring a bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, snacks and drinks.

Prerequisites: Swim 150 meters continuously without stopping o Freestyle or Breaststroke o Demonstrate breath control and rhythmic breathing o Swimming backstroke or sidestroke is not allowed Then go straight into 2 minutes of treading water without using your arms. Next, swim another 50 meters Timed Event Swim 20 yards to retrieve 10lb object from bottom of the pool Swim back with chest up and brick held with 2 hands out of the water
