Description:

Sign up your swimmer today for group swim lessons! Participants will learn a variety of swimming and water safety skills. 

This class hour only offers group lessons for swimmers age 6-12 years old.  

• 6-12 Years Beginner (Level 1) This course will teach basic independent water skills. The primary focus is being able to float independently on the front & back, submerge, glide and paddle short distances. Additional skills & water safety components will be taught. 
• 6-12 Years Intermediate (Levels 2-3) This course will begin working on participants’ technique and endurance. Additionally new types of strokes and skills will be introduced. Freestyle, breaststroke kick, elementary backstroke, treading water, & simple dives. Typically swimming half widths of the pool during lessons.
• 6-12 Years Advanced (Levels 4-6) This course will focus on significantly advancing the participants endurance and techniques. Potentially swimming lengths of the pool or swimming a large number of widths. Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, sidestroke, treading water, diving, etc. Swim team readiness is the focus.
