Description:

Sign up your swimmer today for group swim lessons! Participants will learn a variety of swimming and water safety skills. 

• Level 4: This level builds on the skills learned in Level 3. Additional guided practice and introducing different strokes. Compact/stride dives, underwater swimming, feet first surface dive, survival swimming, open turns on front and back, tread using two different kicks, front/back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, butterfly, flutter/dolphin kicks on back.  Additional skills & water safety components will be taught.
