Discrimination Policy: The City of Galesburg does not discriminate in the provision of programs, services, or activities on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability.
Photography Policy: Photos are periodically in programs or at facilities. Please be aware that photos may be used in the Recreation Brochure, website, pamphlets, flyers or other media and publications. All patrons who participate in our programs agree to allowing the use of these photos for our marketing purposes.
Program Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs, you will be notified and your payment will be refunded in full (unless otherwise noted in the program details). Refunds will either be to the card that you paid with (if the system allows) or by check which can take 2-6 weeks after being submitted for processing.
Refund Policy:
- General - a 10% administrative fee will be withheld from any refunds
- Programs - Once programs have started, schedules are created, or supplies have been purchased, no refunds will be issued.
- Trips/Ticketed - Strict no refund policy for trips/ticketed events unless a waitlisted person is able to take the place of the requestor.
- Facilities - Each facility group has specific rules regarding cancelations, transferring dates, & refunds.
