Description:

Apply to host a booth at the Redmond Lights 2025 Kick-Off event on Saturday, December 6 from 4 - 8 p.m.! Vendors will have the opportunity to engage with thousands of community members during this winter celebration of art and light.  

What to Bring:

  • Those who would like to be considered for placement at Redmond Downtown Park must provide their own table, chairs, 10'X10' tent and provide means to weigh the tent down (no staking of tents is permitted). All booths will be inspected for safety.

Fees:

  • The $300 booth fee includes one (1) 10ft x 10ft location at either Redmond Downtown Park or Redmond Town Center. 
    • Non-profit organizations: Please use discount code RL2025 for 50% off
  • Those who are selected and approved for electrical access will be invoiced an additional $75. Please note that electrical access is limited and available only as supplies last. 
  • Applicants who are not selected this year will recieve a full refund by October 17, 2025.

Location:

This event expands between Downtown Park, across the Central Connector Trail to Redmond Town Center. Selected booths may be placed at any of these locations and is non-negotionable; exact location will depend on booth offering, organization, electrical requirements and other factors.

Complete this registration by October 3, 2025 at 10:00 p.m. to be considered!

Price: $300.00 Taxes waived

Required age: Over 18 years old on the day of the activity
