Description:

(Ages 15+) Vinyasa Yoga with Nancy follows a sequence of postures guided by the breath. The series of poses move at a fluid pace between floor and standing postures. Participants are always welcome to take advantage of variations to the poses and move at their own pace. 

What to bring:

• Yoga mat (we have mats you can borrow for free too)
• Athletic clothing
• Shoes are optional

Vinyasa yoga is beneficial as it enhances cardiovascular health, builds full-body strength, and improves flexibility/coordination. This practice boosts energy levels and promotes mental clarity. All levels welcome, no experience necessary! 

To book into this activity for the whole month, you can purchase the "session." If you'd like to book single classes, you can use the "drop-in" option.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
