(Ages 18+) Zumba with Debra is a fun way to dance ourselves into shape! This activity gets our hearts pumping by following along with Debra and the music. Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

What to bring:

• Please wear athletic clothes and shoes

Zumba will help with cardiovascular fitness, balance/coordination, and stronger muscles and the best part is you will be having so much fun that you won't even realize you're working out. All levels welcome, no experience necessary!

Zumba with Debra classes are run by Debra Alonzo of DZ Fitness.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
