Description:

(Ages 18+) This strength-based activity is a total body workout that incorporated dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements. The class is taught in levels, whether you're beginning in your fitness journey, or you're a serious athlete, everyone gets a great motivating workout!

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat (we have mats you can borrow for free too)
  • Athletic clothes and shoes

Strength training offers numerous benefits. This class will help you improve your joint health, build muscle, boost your metabolism, release endorphins, and so much more! All levels welcome, No experience necessary. 

To book into this activity for the whole month, you can purchase the "session." If you'd like to book single classes, you can use the "drop-in" option.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
