Description:

(Ages 18+)  30/30 Cardio Strength with Jana is a high-energy activity that provides a total body workout. It incorporates hand weights, resistance bands, body weight and a variety of cardio movements. All levels welcome, No experience necessary. 

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat (we have mats you can borrow for free too)
  • Athletic clothes and shoes

This class provides a balanced full-body workout that combines cardiovascular exercise and strength training. You'll increase your stamina, help your heart health, boost your metabolism, and decrease stress levels.

To book into this activity for the whole month, you can purchase the "session." If you'd like to book single classes, you can use the "drop-in" option.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 24 hours before activity start time. Exceptions can be made for illness.
