(Ages 50+)  WELL stands for Wellness, Education, and Life-Learning. Join us for an informative presentation with specifically selected topics for individuals 50 and up. Free to attend. Please register in advance to help us plan for attendance.

Kat Spottswood, MS, RD, LDN
With 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, Kat has worked in hospital settings, with bariatric surgeons, gym franchises, universities, and at the Living Well Health Center on Microsoft’s campus. She also provides outpatient counseling via telehealth. A Redmond resident, Kat enjoys traveling, running marathons, and even playing roller derby! She is passionate about helping people live healthy, fulfilling lives.
