Description:

(Ages 50+) Explore Tai Chi with instructor Julie Cauthorn. Tai Chi is good for the body, mind, and spirit. Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and cognition; important skills for preventing falls. Entry level class. All are welcome.

Refund and Transfer Policy:

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
