(Ages 3-5) With the help of our Muscle Zoo friends, Karate Zoo offers a high-energy, progression-based program that introduces students to the fundamentals of martial arts. In this dynamic class, students not only learn and practice the traditional skills of karate but also earn colored belts and stripes as they advance. Each class begins with a bow-in and warm-up, followed by the introduction of the skill of the day. Students then practice and perform the technique, finishing with a fun and interactive game. The program is designed with modifications for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, allowing students to progress at their own pace within a mixed-ability group.

Rooted in the traditions of martial arts, Karate Zoo is crafted to support a child’s physical, social, and emotional growth while boosting their confidence and teaching important life lessons. Students develop key skills like agility, memory, balance, and coordination, while learning perseverance, life skills, discipline, confidence, focus, and control along the way. All levels are welcome, No experience necessary!

What to bring:

• Water bottle 

• It is recommended participants wear gym clothes and athletic/tennis shoes

• All other equipment is provided

Karate Zoo by Amazing Athletes is led by instructor Rayne Liam and other Amazing Athlete coaches and instructors.

Refund and Transfer Policy:

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
