Description:

(Ages18+) Hapkido is a martial art that translates as a coordinated energy way or universal energy way. It is a soft style that encompasses a complete martial arts system. This class is designed for participants aged 18 and older who want to increase their physical health, flexibility, strength, and balance while improving confidence and encouraging a more peaceful mind. Hapkido is an excellent art for self-defense which focuses on physical and mental health, while being in harmony with one’s environment. Please wear clothes that allow for easy movement. No prior experience necessary.

Refund and Transfer Policy:

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
