Description:

(Ages 8-12) Creating Roblox games is a fun way for campers to learn and practice programming! Each camper will be able to create different custom games with Lua code, a language very similar to JavaScript and Python. With the largest user-generated online gaming platform, Roblox is the #1 gaming site for kids and teens (via comScore). Roblox camp is a great way to build on this interest and have kids learn to code. They can then publish their game and share it with friends on PC, Mac, iOS, Android, Amazon Devices, and Xbox One! All skill levels are welcome. No experience is required. 

What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and snack daily. 

• All students will need a Roblox account. If your student does not have an active account you can create one for free HERE. Please send your student’s login information with them to class.
• All students must have a Code Kingdoms subscription before the first day of camp, which provides them with a code editor to create their own custom games. If your student does not have an active account, prior to the first day of camp, please click HERE to purchase a subscription.

*Please note this is a half day camp, there is no supervised break between AM and PM camps.

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
