(Ages 6-11 afternoon session) Join Chess Wizards for challenging chess lessons, exciting games, and cool prizes! Learn to improve your chess skills, meet new friends, and work out your most powerful muscle - your brain! Camp includes fun team chess games (like Corner Chess), recess, snacks, tournaments, and puzzles. Each camper will receive a t-shirt, trophy, and puzzle folder. All skill levels are welcome.

What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and snack daily. All other materials are provided.

This camp is led by Chess Wizards. Chess Wizards is a premier chess education company that provides fun, informative, and challenging chess lessons to students. Life concepts like winning graciously and accepting defeat with dignity and sportsmanship will also be covered. Students will be divided into groups according to their chess experience, and each week ends with a mini-chess tournament!

*Please note this is a half day camp. There is no supervised lunch break between camps.

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
