Description:

(GIRLS Ages 9-11) Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to immerse yourself in the math and science of espionage. Campers will enter the GRM forensics lab to help solve a crime by developing code breaking skills, fingerprint and handwriting analysis, cryptography, and more. Each mission requires campers to use teamwork in order to crack the case! Camp ends with an escape room adventure in this spent week exploring the hidden math and science of sleuthing! All materials included.

What to Bring: Bring a nut free lunch and snack, water bottle, and sunscreen labeled with your child’s name. All other materials are provided.

This camp is led by Girls Rock Math. At Girls Rock Math we reinforce that math is fun and imaginative. We aim to boost interest and confidence in mathematics. Learning at Girls Rock Math allows for collaboration, emphasizing persistence, strategy building and mathematical thinking.

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.

Prerequisites: Campers need to be entering 4th, 5th, or 6th grade in the fall.
