(Ages 8-14) Introducing our first Steamoji x CircuitMess STEM camp! Meet Spencer - your new talkative buddy that lights up when it sees you, answers your questions and even has a joke ready when you want a laugh! Kids will learn everything they need to know to turn a pile of parts into their very own customized voice assistant that they'll take home at the end of the week: Learn building skills such as soldering and parts assembly, Code your voice assistant using Python, Find out about the “internet of things”, Fabricate your own 3D printed parts to personalize your new pal, Solve problems and share ideas with other makers. Let’s Get Building! Camp price includes a take-home “Spencer” kit. All skill levels are welcome. No experience is required. 

What to Bring: Please bring a sack lunch, water bottle, and snack daily. All other materials are provided.

Refund and Transfer Policy: Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
