(Ages 13+) Discover Martial Arts in a fun, supportive, welcoming environment. This class is designed for participants 13 years and older with a disability who have previously participated in Adaptive Martial Arts & Movement. If you have not participated before, please see the Intro to Adaptive Martial Arts & Movement class instead.

Explore movements, techniques, breathing exercises and self-defense skills. 

Benefits include improved flexibility, strength, balance, and self-confidence. This activity is taught by qualified black belt instructors. This class is for returning Adaptive Martial Arts & Movement participants.

What to bring:

• Please wear long pants and a shirt that allows for easy movement. 

Adaptive Martial Arts and Movement is run by Enso Center at their center in Redmond.

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
