Description:

(Ages 10+) Yoga is practiced for strengthening and stretching the body, increasing energy (prana) and calming the mind. This class is designed to increase your physical health, flexibility, strength, and balance while improving confidence and mental peace.

Yoga focuses on the health of the whole person with a series of relaxed breathing and movement exercises. It is practiced slowly, emphasizing healthy joints and movement, with a relaxed and robust body and mind. This class will blend Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama (breathing exercises).

What to bring:

• Please wear long pants and shirt that allow for easy movement 

Elemental Yoga is run by Enso Center at their center in Redmond.

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
