Description:

(Ages 13+) This class teaches self-defense techniques with and against a variety of weapons emphasizing correct use and proper form. Wooden practice weapons are used including Short, Middle and Long Staff, Long Sword & Knife.

Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, focus, dexterity and awareness of surroundings.  All skill levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.

What to bring:

• Please wear clothes that allow for easy movement

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
