Description:

(Ages 6+) Hapkido integrates kicking, hand techniques, patterns, and redirection of another’s force through circular movements leading to joint locks and throws. Hapkido is a soft-style complete martial arts system for self-defense from Korea.

This program is designed to increase your physical & mental health, flexibility, strength, and balance while improving confidence and being in harmony with one’s environment. Students work alone and with partners on various skills. All skill levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.

Two classes are offered daily Monday-Friday at 4:15-5:15 p.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m.

What to bring:

• Please wear long pants and shirt that allow for easy movement 

Hapkido is run by Enso Center at their center in Redmond.

Refund and Transfer Policy: 

Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable.  Exceptions can be made for illness.
