Description:
(Ages 13+) It's never too late to learn how to ride a bicycle! Participants learn how to balance on two wheels, pedal, steer, brake, and shift gears in a supportive environment. Develop these skills through on-bike practice and instruction.
Incorporating cycling into your routine can lead to significant health benefits, reduce environmental impact, and add enjoyment to daily life. You’ll be amazed with what you can do, as you experience the freedom of riding a bike. All levels are welcome, No experience necessary!
What to bring:
Bike & bike helmet (required)
Water, snacks and sunscreen
It is recommended participants wear clothing appropriate for cycling outdoors, rain or shine.
Cycling and biking classes are led by instructor Brian Watson
Refund and Transfer Policy:
Cancellations and transfer requests received at least 7 days prior to activity start date receive a full refund of activity fees, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations or transfers received less than 7 days prior to activity start date receive a 50% refund of activity fee, or 50% of activity fee transferred to a future program. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 3 business days before start date. The credit card processing fee is nonrefundable. Exceptions can be made for illness.
