Hours of Operation: 7:30 AM (drop-off)  - 5:30 PM (pick-up)

Fee: $150/week | $10 early drop-off fee 7:00am- 7:29 AM | $10 late fee from 5:31 - 6:00 PM. 

Location: Tarleton Recreation Center | 610 N Rome Ave, Stephenville, TX 76401.

TexanVille newsletters will be sent out each week to inform parents of the activities planned, items to bring, and more information about the week.

TexanVille Need to Knows:

Campers must have breakfast (if desired) and bring a sack lunch on the days of attendance. We provide (1) snack daily in the afternoon.

There will be NO camp on the days/holidays in which facilities are closed.

Authorized pick-up - only authorized persons on record will be allowed to pick up enrolled participant. If there is a change in pick-up/drop-off personnel, please contact the TexanVille Kids Camp. 

Discipline - it is important for staff to maintain order to ensure that safety of all participants. There will be no: fighting, dishonesty, abusive/foul language, disrespect to the staff, classmates and/or property.

Payments for TexanVille Kids Camp is expected to be paid at the time of registration. Registrations will not be accepted if payment cannot be made. Payments can be taken care of online. Tarleton Employees & City of Stephenville Employees must contact us for 15% off registration before checkout. No refunds will be given.

Required age: 6 - 12 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Please note, if your child is signed in at drop-off, you will be charged the full weekly amount. Refunds will NOT be permitted unless your child does not show up for the entire week. Illness, suspension from camp, etc. will not permit a refund to be issued.
