Description:

Walk in Peter Oliver’s footsteps at Historic Bethabara Park. See the places he lived, worshipped, and worked and learn how he persisted in advocating for himself in a time when most enslaved people were unable to do so. The tour will include foundations, buildings, a look at some pottery artifacts, as well as a pottery demonstration.

Notes: Tour will begin at the Historic Bethabara Park Visitor Center. Anyone under 16 should be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Be prepared to walk on uneven terrain. Tour will include exterior and interior spaces in the park, but will mainly take place outdoors.
