Kick off the fall season with our annual Hurricane Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 20th at Hurricane City Park. This event, which is from 1:00 - 6:00pm, features art and craft vendors, inflatables, giveaways and live entertainment. Admission for the public is free.

Setup for vendors is slated to begin at 9:30. Please do not plan to arrive earlier than that because we will be prepping the area and will not be ready for you. Upon arrival, you may either check in with a City of Hurricane employee who will direct you to your spot (number marked on the ground). Or you may go find your spot immediately. Vendor numbers are based on applications as they are received. Your vendor registration only reserves space—no tables, chairs or canopies are included. Your space cannot exceed 12’x12.’ Electric is ONLY available to food trucks. Please make a plan for carting or carrying items for your vendor space to the appropriate spot. All vendors MUST be checked in and unloaded by NOON. If you arrive after this, you will not be allowed into the unloading zone because we will be prepping for our event guests. 
The event ends at 6:00 pm. Please stay for the entire event. If you leave the event early, you may not be permitted to be a vendor at a future City of Hurricane event. Festival guests do not get the same experience if they arrive to our event later in the day and some vendors have left early. When you do pack up, please leave your space as you found it and have patience exiting the City Park.

Prerequisites: Vendors must be in the category of an artisan/crafter. Food vendors must have prior permission to register. Additionally, there are multiple event sponsorships available for businesses who want to be part of the event in that way!
