Please read the following information before registering your child for any Youth Summer Break Program:

HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS: At C3, the waitlist is unranked. Once spots become available, they are released to everyone on the list at the same time.

Each program planned for summer 2025 is for a specific age range which will be specified in the registration information and link.  Please make sure to add yourself to the waitlist if any program is full and you are interested in it! We may be able to increase spots.

Our Summer Break Programs offer kids the opportunity to explore circus arts to their hearts' content! Students will study the true breadth of the circus, including aerials, ground acrobatics, juggling, clowning, performance, and more. We maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio so that students receive safe, high-quality instruction. 

COVID POLICY UPDATE: What We're Doing Right Now to Ensure Safety of Students during Summer Break Programs: 

We are doing our very best amid a pandemic to keep everyone safe and have adapted our policies over time with this goal in mind and with the current science and data available. By signing up for this workshop, class, or program, you are consenting to abide by any COVID policy update that may occur here at C3 or at the city or state level after you have registered for your class, workshop, or program. 

PROGRAM TIMES:
Students must be dropped off and picked up promptly for their program to prevent crowding in our lobby. We are not currently offering late pick-up options for this program. Below is a general outline of when each program type will meet during the summer. 

• Youth Summer Programs (ages 6-12): The day runs from 9am-4pm M-F

Refund Policy
Refunds are not given for participant dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days. In the unlikely event that Commonwealth Circus Center must cancel a program week, registered participants will receive a full refund. Otherwise, refunds will be given as follows:

• On or before 3 weeks prior to the start of the program: full refund excluding $100 non-refundable administrative fee
• Later than 3 weeks prior to the start of the program: no refunds

Program registrations and payments may not be transferred to another participant or family. Please check your school and family calendar for conflicts before registering. If your family has a special circumstance, please contact the studio.
