Description:

Prerequisite: LJ's Tarot Wisdom, or, if you already have a basic foundation of Tarot and Oracle cards, have been working with them for a while, if you feel at ease with the cards, have a real understanding of them, and you have faith in your Intuition while interpreting the cards, this class is for you!

In this class, we will be looking at many different types of Tarot Spreads. We will discuss cards that show up reversed and how the meanings are different when they are in the upright versus the reversed position.

You will learn how and when to clarify cards and truly learn to understand the combination of your own intuition/wisdom and the meaning the Author and Artist have portrayed on the cards, in their decks. Therefore, each Tarot or Oracle deck can have very different meanings.

We will move past memorized card meanings to use layered symbolism, elemental interactions, and deep intuition. We will also observe how the neighboring cards interact with one another. We'll look at the entire layout in each spread and see if there are repeating numbers, or dominant suits. We will also check to see if there's a heavy balance of Major versus Minor Archana cards before reading individual cards.

This is a fun class and will really challenge your insight and awareness. Tarot Readers are invited to take this class more than once to sharpen techniques and expand intuition!

Recommended: purchase this Tarot Deck. You may also bring two or three of your own favorite tarot decks to class each week. Wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring your favorite drinks and snacks. Drinking lots of water is recommended during (and after) each class.
