Mandalas have been used for ages as a mindfulness practice, connecting you to your inner world. The Intuitive Mandala Workshop is a simple process, geared towards creating your own unique mandala with you at its center. Rather than following rules, we use our intuition and imagination to have fun, get messy and let our inner child play, bringing more flow into our creative lives while we learn how to keep judgement aside and find perfection in the imperfection.

Required age: 15 - 117 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Canvas and some other supplies are provided for a $20 materials fee, payable to your instructor at the start of class. Please bring with you: • A basic acrylic paint set...at least the 3 primary colors, black and white and whatever other colors you may like to use • A palette or plate for color mixing • Brushes (varied numbers including some thinner ones for line making) • Your favourite mark making tools if you have some (I will have some for all to use)

Prerequisites: This class is open to beginners as well as those who want to build on previous experience.
