Description:
Come enjoy a guided sensory exploration of autumn botanicals, crafted to help you slow down, sip intentionally, and reconnect with the plants that define the season. This workshop blends herbal education with hands‑on tasting, aroma discovery, and personal blend creation. Hosted by Heather Craft, Herbalist and Wellness Practitioner, this session invites you into a space where curiosity, community, and seasonal herbalism come alive. Taste, smell, and compare a curated selection of fall botanicals while learning how flavor shifts with temperature, steep time, and blend composition. We explore warming spices, bright citrus notes, grounding herbs, and the volatile oils that make autumn blends so comforting. You’ll move through: Guided herb tasting Aroma exploration Temperature + steep time comparisons Sensory reflection moments And more Each participant receives a WildCRAFT‑curated kit including seven herbs, a reusable cloth tea bag, an optional blindfold for sensory depth, and a tea envelope for creating your own custom blend to take home. At the end of the workshop, you’ll choose the herbs that resonated most with you — guided by intention, flavor, and sensory experience — and craft a personalized blend to enjoy at home. What You’ll Experience
