Description:

The Grace Notes Community Choir is a group dedicated to learning and performing music as a source of joy and an outlet for creativity and connection, and it is dedicated to fostering an environment for that to thrive. As a participant in the Choir, students will gain experience singing several genres of music, always focusing on healthy vocal technique, blend and intonation with the group, and performance skills. Sessions will end with a concert on our last day, providing an opportunity for students to demonstrate all of the skills that they have developed while showcasing exciting music.

The Grace Notes Community Choir is designed for students of all skill levels ages 15+, exceptions can be made for younger students at the discretion of the director—reach out at cparsonsmusic@gmail.com.

Price: $100.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 15 - 117 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: Students are required to come to each class with their music, a pencil (no pens or highlighters please), and a productive attitude. Students must also have a clean, black 3-ring binder for the concert. Students can bring their own or borrow one from the choir for the duration of the session. There is a $5 replacement charge if a student returns a borrowed binder in poor condition and it can not be reused. 

Prerequisites: No formal choir experience is required, but you should know how to read sheet music, ages 15+.
