Learn the fundamentals of woodturning in this comprehensive Wood Lathe class covering both spindle turning and bowl turning. Students will learn how to safely set up and use the lathe, develop proper tool control, and understand how grain direction affects shaping and finish. The class begins with spindle work to build core skills, then transitions to faceplate and chuck-mounted turning for bowls. No prior woodturning experience is required, and all materials and tools are included.
