Description:
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please be sure to bring 1-2 garments with holes in them to practice on.
Breathe new life into your favourite garments with the art of Sashiko! This Japanese embroidery technique is both functional and beautiful, making it perfect for mending holes in jeans, sweaters, and more. In this class, under the supervision of Heidi (Nimvar; Squamish-based Upcycling Artist), you’ll learn how to repair holes with simple, elegant hand-sewing techniques.
