Refunds

Refunds for Fall/Winter sessions will be processed up until the third week of classes or the fifth week with a medical reason. A $30 administration fee will be applied to all refunds. Registration fees are non-refundable.

There will be no refunds for Easter/Summer Camp with the exception of a medical note. Summer camp days may be switched with 48 hours notice provided that there is availability.

Cancellations/Absenses

As a general rule, cancelled and missed classes cannot be made up or refunded. If an error on the part of Cygnus is made, or a coach misses a class for personal reasons, that class may be made up at a later date.

In the event of closures due to weather, the decision to close the club will be made at the discretion of the Executive Directer. Should the gym close, it will be communicated via our website, Facebook page, and on local radio stations.

Fundraising and Registration Fees

Throughout the year, Cygnus conducts two major fundraisers to generate money to offset the expense of running the club. Each athlete must participate in two mandatory fundraisers: one in the Fall and one in the Winter, at the cost of $30. The cost of the fundraiser is added to registration and you can recover the cost by selling the tickets, or you may simply enter your own name to win some fantastics prizes.

Registration fees for the recreation program are $57 ($37 Gymnastics Newfoundland fee and $20 Facility maintenance fee) and are non-refundable.

The information provided is stored in a secure location and is accessible only by designated administrators and used only for the purpose for which you provided the information.
