The Dalhousie Farmers’ Market adhere’s to the “Made, Baked, or Grown” in Alberta Rule. 80% of our vendors must have products that are Alberta Made, Baked or Grown. We are an Approved Farmer’s Market and follow rules and regulations set by the Alberta Agricultural Society. By hosting a market, Dalhousie is enabling entrepreneurs to test their products and ideas while keeping costs low, interacting with the community, and learning new business skills. All funds raised by this market will go directly towards community improvement projects.

Please register as a potential vendor and fill in a market pre-qualification form. Successful applications will be sent an invoice for the dates available. 

*Tents/Canopies are recommended to protect your products from the elements. All tents require weights on all 4 corners of the legs. Vendors use weights bought from tent suppliers, buckets with concrete, metal weights, etc (25 lbs min).

Outdoor Market Stall Fees 2025: Stall fees pay for a standard 10’ x 10’ space plus vehicle.

There are a total of 15 outdoor markets.

**There is no electricity available (generators or power banks are needed if you need electricity).**

1 to 4 dates: $45/space/market

5 to 9 dates: $43/space/market

10 to 14 dates: $42/space/market

Full Season: $600 (All 15 dates)
